Ty Luff Director
Ty Luff diversified into property development several years ago after establishing the Stellice Building Group. A successful career in real estate saw him (aged 19) the youngest Victorian to ever hold an Estate Agents’ License. In 2003 he purchased his first Real Estate office and today is regarded as an outstanding property, construction and housing industry professional recognised for his significant contribution to the local community.
Having personally purchased and sold almost twenty investment properties, Ty has great insight into the property market: Investing, buying and selling from the client’s perspective. Recently he became a Registered Building Practitioner and a member of the Master Builders’ Association. His impressive business acumen includes project management and detailed knowledge of the town planning process. With a background in customer relations, his transparent and considerate approach provides customers with an open and friendly consultative platform at every stage of the building process.
Having achieved a number of prestigious REIV Industry Awards, Ty continues a service-focused approach in construction and is determined to ensure all his projects are delivered in a timely manner with economic imperatives met and most importantly always up to his client’s exacting expectations.
